The other Raven Tor. This one contains a pleasant selection of trad routes with the best of them from VS to E2. 17. Venery, 7. Southern Rib and 14. Aquarius are the pick of the bunch. There is some sport but it is not of the same quality.

Approach & access

From parking in Milldale at the northern end of the dale take the smaller footpath on the west bank of the river (i.e. not the main highway everyone else is on). Follow over a few styles until under the crag.

The whole crag is bird banned from 1st March to 30th June.
