Approach & access

From the parking go through the gate to the power station then cross the river an follow the well worn path round to the left, behind the power station. Follow this path for about 10mins until you see the boulder just to the right of the path. Alternatively you can also approach from the south if you're staying at the Llyn Gwynant campsite and fancy escaping the crowds for a little dabble.

Park considerately on the left of the track. Don't go through the gate to the power station.
